Exciting changes for Kibo Technical in Cape Town – IT Services and Support
We have some exciting news for our loyal Cape Town Kibo customers! Our account management team is growing and we would like to welcome Sharief Davids onboard. Customer Service is a key focus for us and having account managers available as a direct point of contact improves the customer experience and ensures efficient service delivery. Kibo Technical proudly offers professional IT Services and both remote and onsite technical support to customers in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
Sharief loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and spending time with his family. He has been blessed with 2 beautiful children and 3 fourlegged felines. With over 15 years experience in Key Account Management, specifically in the ICT industry, Sharief is the ideal candidate to manage our Kibo Technical customers. Sharief has a very friendly and professional demeanour and our customers have already warmed to him in the short time he has been with us. He is very knowledgeable about all things IT, holds a diploma in Financial Information Systems and has completed his M.D.P at Stellenbosch.
As a Key Account Manager, Sharief will be walking his customers along our Kibo Roadmap to IT Success. This comprehensive approach to IT management ensures that our products and services are tailored to your specific business needs. One of the additional services he will be able offer his customers is Fibre to the Business (FTTB) backed with a Service Level Agreement from our partner Kibo Connect. By having access to uncapped, unshaped and uncontended Business Internet Connectivity, you are able to converge multiple services such as Voice, Cloud and Internet onto one Kibo Service saving you costs and allowing for one point of contact for support.
