During normal business hours 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these times, after hour rates apply – please refer to your master service level agreement for further info.
How to log a support ticket?
For any support-related query, please email support@kibotechnical.co.za or call +27 21 506 6260 with as much information about the issue as possible, including any error messages and/or screenshots.
What happens next?
You will receive an automated response with a ticket reference number. The correct person from our helpdesk will then be assigned to your ticket and get in touch with you directly to resolve.
How to escalate a query?
Should you need to escalate your query, please contact your dedicated account manager with your existing ticket reference number in order for your query to be escalated.
